It is a spiritual practice and our own individual journey. This girl also has a fan in the amazing Jane Fonda, who says about Tara: “One of the things I like about her is her ability to make yoga accessible to people who might be scared of it or think it might be too esoteric.” Find Tara on her website , on her instagram page, and on twitter.

#10 Sadie Nardini: Last but absolutely not least is total ROCKSTAR yogi, Sadie Nardini. Sadie is the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa yoga and my go-to yoga instructor for online classes and programs. I have a tendency to bottle up my energy and Sadie’s classes have the ability to get the ‘negative shi*t’ out like no other. She introduced me to ‘fierce lion’ pose which has subsequently seen my husband come running thinking something’s wrong with me. Nope. I’m just bustin’ out a yoga class with my girl Sadie. I credit this empowering yoga style with keeping me sane when the pressure gets a bit much and I recommend her online classes to anyone who needs to ‘release’ every now and again. You can check out Sadie’s cool website here, her facebook page here, or her twitter page right here.
