  • 1 mango cheek
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 1 handful of baby spinach
  • optional
  • 1 drop lemon essential oil
  • half an avocado
  • coconut meat
