INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup natural Greek yogurt or coconut yoghurt .
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey or rice malt syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ( or 2-3  drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil)
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana, but add in 3-4 ice cubes with fresh)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend in your high powered blender
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon
