#4 Claudine Lafond: Claudine lives in Sydney right now where she runs Yoga Beyond with her husband Honza. Claudine specialises in acroyoga, which is a physical practice, blending elements of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai massage.  Our intention for YogaBeyond is to share, teach and inspire. We have made it our mission in life to FOLLOW OUR BLISS whilst inspiring others to do the same, as we feel that there is nothing more important in life
than that we feel good …and that in a nutshell, is what our teaching is all about.” You can find Claudine on instagram, or head on over and  like the yoga beyond facebook page.

Tara Stiles, Alice Nicholls, The Whole Daily

#5 Tara Stiles:  Tara is the founder of Strala Yoga , where she is the driving force behind training yoga guides how to lead w/ease around the globe. Tara is also currently in a beautiful joint collaboration with @reebok_usa  and you will find her great philosophy towards yoga advertised along with the great new Reebok range.   One of the the many things that stand out about Tara is her public and gentle stand on making sure that we as yogi’s remember that yoga is not only a personal journey, but one which does not require us to bend into advanced poses to reap the benefits.  It is a spiritual practice and our own individual journey.  This girl also has a fan in the amazing Jane Fonda, who says about Tara: “One of the things I like about her is her ability to make yoga accessible to people who might be scared of it or think it might be too esoteric.” Find Tara on her website , on her instagram page, and on twitter.

Kathryn Budig, Alice Nicholls, The Whole Daily

#6 Kathryn Budig: Kathryn is just a gorgeous soul with some beautiful inspiration on her instagram page.  “She trained and taught in Los Angeles for 8 years under the guidance of Maty Ezraty and now travels the world. Noelle Beaugureau

#7 Noelle Beagureau: I haven’t seen yoga images as beautiful as Noelle’s in a really long time.  Noelle takes the ethereal beauty of the yoga form to new levels and has worked with some serious photographers who appreciate the stunning nature of the art of yoga such as the amazing Robert Sturman.  Noelle teaches at Rising Lotus Yoga in Sherman Oaks, Liberation Yoga Santa Monica, and through the online Yogi’s Anonomous.  You can also find Noelle on facebook.

Sarah Pohl

#8 Sarah Pohl: In Sarah’s own words:  ”life lovin’, yoga teachin’, art appreciatin’, adventure prone, wannabe foodie, nebras-kansan newly planted in seattle by way of boulder.” I found Sarah through instagram where she displays a fun loving and quirky spirit that always makes me smile.  Not only is she a really flippin’ good yogi, she adds a little taste of the ‘divine’ to her page along with some super yummy looking food.   You can find Sarah on instagram,  on her website, or on facebook.

Sadie Nardini, Alice Nicholls, The Whole Daily

#10 Sadie Nardini: Last but absolutely not least is total ROCKSTAR yogi, Sadie Nardini.  Sadie is the founder of Core Strength Vinyasa yoga and my go-to yoga instructor for online classes and programs.  I have a tendency to bottle up my energy and Sadie’s classes have the ability to get the ‘negative shi*t’ out like no other.  She introduced me to ‘fierce lion’ pose which has subsequently seen my husband come running thinking something’s wrong with me.  Nope. I’m just bustin’ out a yoga class with my girl Sadie.  I credit this empowering yoga style with keeping me sane when the pressure gets a bit much and I recommend her online classes to anyone who needs to ‘release’ every now and again.  You can check out Sadie’s cool website here, her facebook page here, or her twitter page right here.
